HighTen Development is completing the final Term Sheet of a Development Agreement with the City of Jarrell by engaging with two of Houston’s most prestigious firms, LJA Engineering and ABHR for legal services.

Attached is the finalized General Land Plan with City Annexation boundaries and future annexation boundaries with the City ETJ that envelops the development.
